May 16, 2022 - VAERS 2304815 - 28 year old woman had 1st Moderna mRNA Vaccine on Feb.13, 2022 and 2nd dose on April 26, 2022.
On May 13, 2022 she was diagnosed with a subdural hematoma, acute leukemia, sepsis and she died on May 16, 2022. Diagnosis to death: 3 days.
