Only because the fanatics have given catchy names to viruses etc doesn't mean that they are not part of a known strain that are more than we expected from experience, or have evolved into something more severe.

Decades ago I had a influenza turned into pleurosy, and then put me into bed with pneumonia. Viruses and bacteria can do that, make you feel things you had never experienced before.

So until I get that catchy COVID I will never know what you experienced, but at my age I will know whether it is different or not to past infections.

At this point it is my opinion it is nothing more than a severe influenza infection, with complications.

SARS was a laboratory created bioweapon as well. The lab created/modified bioweapons viruses started showing up about the same time as the AIDS (HTLV-III) virus. I remember people who knew about it before it was released. Used to carpool with them. Definitely bioweapons with corresponding patents.
