councils are having difficulty with residents taking ponies into 1 bedroom units ------------- it's tough on the pony say council officers
there's no where for them to pee aside from on the floor - and it dribbles down to the floor below, which is upsetting if it lands on a baby in a cot
no ponies have been found with Covid though
