Ok, so if you wear a mask you'll be safe then. No? Why would it matter what other people do? Pop on 2 masks, one for yourself and one for the scoundrel nearby who is breathing like most humans have for as long as I can remember.
I personally believe being out in the sun, riding my bike, eating good meals, and keeping my vitamin D levels up (plus, perhaps, a few less beers) will largely give me the best chance in any health challenges I face. That said, if my neighbour disagrees, I support his right to plough his own field whatever way he sees fit.
