I'd be grateful if you could let me know the proof that deaths and hospitalisations were reduced during the pandemic (specifically because of the vaccines, which is what I assume you mean). I'd also like to know how these drugs managed to show efficacy in the real world when they didn't on the original clinical trials against alpha, if you could explain the science of that.
