This may come down to Australia is one of the few countries that does not have 'Bill of Rights'. If my memory is correct NSW lost a case earlier against forced vaccinations because of no Bill of Rights. You may see QLD Government challenge this ruling?although the damage against politicans/governments will be immense considering they were exempt from being vaccinated.
