Justice Rofe who threw out Julian Fidge's case has represented Pfizer on AT LEAST 4 prior occasions.
She did not disclose this information from the very beginning or indeed, at all.
The Chief Justice appears to have been aware of this massive perceived bias and yet, they said nothing.
