Quite a few Doctors talk about the breakup between drenching and days on and off.
Dr Merritt has a 3 days of IVM then a 5 day break. Other Drs are an initial 7 days on and 7 days off then repeat at reduced days.
I'm down to the 3 days on and then 5 off at the moment on an 18mg dose
