Be careful when using the term 'research' which was a contrived term during the height of covid to disparage people who chose to become more 'informed'. I avoid the term because it is so easy to counter by making people appear stupid by not being able to qualify or quantify their assertions, but you can derive an opinion about what you have been informed about.
The majority of people on these threads, including me, do not have the capacity, nor resources to conduct research to provide some proof of what is being fed to us. It is literally beyond our capacity.
The best most of us can do is read material to determine what makes sense to us on an individual level, if it resonates as truth for us because each of us has our individual perception of truth based on our bias.

This could include synthesis and analysis of previous research to the extent that it leads to new and creative outcomes
