Advice - don't put your faith in the health department, government or their representatives - they are there to trick you into believing they have it (you) under CONTROL! In the first instance always think for yourself - does this make sense what they are asking me to do? But first you must think for yourself, otherwise you are just a prisoner in a gaol of your own making.
