"will probably just have a flu injection for this season."

You cannot stop a respiratory virus with a shot in the arm.

Respiratory viruses infect the mucosal lining of the nose, throat and lungs where there is no blood supply to carry any antibodies that may have been obtained from a vaccination.
That is why the jab did not stop infection and transmission of the covid virus.
That also is why Antony Fauci announced very early on that there was an equal viral load in the nasopharynx of both the vaccinated and unvaccinated people.

If you continue to have these injections you need to supplement with vitamin D.

Every time that you get an infection your immune system uses up vitamin D, and when you get a vaccination your immune system is also triggered and again uses up vitamin D.

Getting your vitamin D levels up to 150 nm/liter is far more protective than vaccination, not to mention the protection it gives against cancer, dementia and a whole host of other problems.

The information re respiratory viruses comes from Australia's senior immunologist Professor Robert Clancy.
