You would think the police would know the laws they operate under and not even mount an appeal, not sure what that implies about integrity. If you apply a LAW knowingly being against the LAW, that is passed as LAW (legislated)............................... I'm at a loss to understand that? Maybe some criminal lawyer could explain that to me?
