For a socialist ideologue those words must be hard to swallow let alone say, his script causes great discomfort just look at the body language, he is not good at hiding what he thinks about the global rules based order.

I wonder if he now knows China is in on the 'global rules based order', if not the leader, and directing policy of other nations, including the USA?
