It's not about getting paid, if it's so good it will sell itself without reward, it's really about a moral compass of saying no when it doesn't make sense, or has the potential to cause harm.

So makes me wonder how much they get for each shot that could risk damage? Are humans really going that cheap, better become a thoroughbred, they won't give it to you if there is ANY doubt, the litigation would financially break most pediatricians.

It's about morals, values , conscience and remorse! Psychopaths are known not to have any!
