    They sold me 1L of topical ivermectin for cattle at the stock feed supplier for my chooks.

    For $80 it treats something like 10 bulls, 20 cows or 4,000 chooks. So it's quite economical at 2c per chook! In reality it's hard to apply because most of it goes on the feathers. My first lot of ivermectin were soluble and I found a tiny piece[15%] of a tablet dissolved in a 1mg syringe, down the throat, per 4 chooks was a better way to treat them. Almost as cheap too.

    The soluble version are probably a good way to take them, if they have them as an option, since you take them with water on an empty stomach.
