Xylitol is a form of sugar that is different to all other sugars and can be eaten by diabetics. The bad bacteria in our mouth and gut go to it but can't use it so they die. Brilliant for our teeth and gut but even better now there's evidence it also fights cancer. Try Healthco sourced from birch trees in Finland, not expensive.

Fenbendazole is used to treat parasites as ivermectin does and was found to be very effective against cancer too. Same source as ivermectin in India, get 500mg so you can break them in half and save money. My last order was 300x 12mg iv and 100x 500mg fen delivered for AU$120.
