I bought 1kg for $36 delivered and use it after i've brushed my teeth by rinsing and than dipping the brush in it and brushing again without rinsing. That way it cleans the teeth, protects them and also gets into the gut.
That's interesting. A much cheaper way would be to use a dropper with xylitol in solution instead of the nasal spray.
