Ok, so what? For some people that is their way of being open and honest, it might not be the way you or I would do it but it is what it is and I see no mal-intent in people who do so. It can also be a subtle way of saying 'hey, I need some help here'.

Actually I am a very emotional person, but I try to keep it under wraps.
Particularly with men, as I find many do not like it.
But ok, yeah I feel foolish, angry and fooled by this.
But I just doing everything I can to learn how to improve my health and still keep my SOH
