The reason they pulled Azithromycin is that is also effective against "large" viruses. COVID-19 was definitely a large virus. Fortunately, other antibiotics of that family are also effective against large viruses and remained available at veterinary suppliers as did Ivermectin. Veterinary drugs saved my ass when I had COVID-19 Delta. COVID-19 Delta was certainly no fun. Fortunately I had the needed veterinary drugs in the fridge and took them when I was really sick. Probably should have taken them earlier. They knocked it back right quick.
