A lot of people here have posted links to a lot of evidence supported by doctors and research scientists. It's up to the individual to study the evidence and make up their mind. It's not a matter of knowing better than expert public health officials. Other health experts have rejected the public statements. When one expert refutes another, there can be only three possibilities; one is wrong, the other is wrong, and both are wrong. Placing the word "public" in front of a so-called expert holds no water. Public service is another example where it's often not a service but more of a hindrance or worse.
