Possibly. The only reason I mentioned it is because the I think Greens have it on their agenda to lower the voting age, but the outcome may be unpredictable. From my understanding the male of the species doesn't quite reach 'maturity' until age 23 with females reaching a bit earlier, anyway that was the consensus in yester-years.
