They are after all JUST members of the public when they are NOT in uniform. I've had THEM living next door they DO NOT mingle with the 'scum average aussie' for the w/e BBQ. So we do have essentially a police state, better they get their own segregated gated enclaves. South Africa come to mind, did someone say Apartheid?
