I wouldn't say it would be a waste of time to go to the High Court. After all, there have been examples of it doing good. For example, the High Court ruled Qantas illegally fired workers during the pandemic. It should be tested. Nothing ventured nothing gained. If the High Court doesn't overturn any draconian laws in question if applied here then all we can do is refuse to take the jab and go to jail. If enough people refuse to take the jab then perhaps the government will think again as the jails overflow.
