First the world gets a man made funded "Game of Function" Corona virus. Without going into all the specifics in the case of Anthony Fauci in the future will face a jury of his peers, Australia has a dictator in Melbourne (Labor state leader) & now Mark McGowan (Labor state leader) trying his best to match Dan in demanding mandates on its citizens.
The premier of W.A. has mandated vaccines on its citizens, however under the OH&S act, I believe I have unearth the slam dunk for the future court case if it gets to that stage. You see its like mandating the Cart before the horse! It so simple that is truly incredibly stupid that this defense was not used in the case in NSW Kassam v Hazzard; Henry v Hazzard.
These are the facts:- 1. How many different vaccines (How they are made) are there for the Corona Virus? Currently 3. 2. The current vaccines only reduce the severity if you catch the covid disease. Yes, and a fully vaxxed person can pass on the virus after they catch it. 3. If an unvaxed person does not have covid, can he pass on this disease to a fully vaxxed person? No. A unvaxed person can only pass on if he has the virus. He must be infected with the virus first. 4. Why are the fully vaxxed so scared of the unvaxxed? That's a question you can ask the premier of W.A. He will be able to answer such question. 5.Is it true that the states of Australia are unwilling to debate all the information that has been collectively gathered world wide on the corona virus and the different vaccines in regards to safety and efficacy? Yes, just think about Australian democracy and the Tertiary education level of all Australians who have graduated. One of the main learning criteria is "Critical Thinking" & debates!
We have politicians that now do neither. Go figure!
There is never one solution that fits all, just as there is never one vaccine for all. I'm only writing this because my state premier has back me into a corner by mandating policy due to COVID. If one person has a severe reaction and dies, it that justifiable? If a person is fully vaxxed and dies of COVID is that justifiable? So when you ask the fully vaccinated why they are dying, their reasoning is most will reply, "They had Comorbidities and were going to die anyway!
My vacccine of choice is Novavax. To be force to take a vaccine on one hand, and on the other not being allow to take the vaccine of choice will have consequences on every law abiding citizen in Australia. The tyranny will be absolute!
