You stretch my upper skull to the absolute limit with your post that states 'medical treatment in Bangladesh is superior to that in Australia', with your inference that our public hospitals place their interests above that of their patients. I could even be persuaded to believe in a heaven before I could be persuaded to believe in such a preposterous idea!
But I can't, of course, indicate what course every private hospital would take in such circumstances other than recommending such a patient to the public hospital system.
