Whilst I can accept that, from time to time, errors will occur in our health system I find, as a person who once worked in the heath care system (in a non medical capacity) extremely difficult to believe that medical negligence is as rife as you declare. And it is well to remember that medicos who commit medical errors are subject to the legal system. That is why all medicos take out personal insurance!
And I can't see how all medical errors are easily hidden in such an open society such as ours.
