PFIZER CEO SAYS TWO DOSES OF VACCINE AREN'T ENOUGH
Surprise surprise Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla has come out of the woodwork on Monday, and said that two doses of the companies vaccine may not provide strong protection against the Omicron variant.
He has also said that the original shots have also lost some of their efficiency at preventing hospitalisation.
Bourla, made a point in an interview at JPMorgans health-care conference to emphasize the importance of a third dose to boost people's protection against omicron.
Bourla has also stated "The question mark, it is how long that protection lasts with a third dose".
The U.S Centre for Disease Control and Prevention is now recommending that some people with compromised immune systems receive four shots, being three primary doses and one booster.
Israel has recently rolled out their fourth Pfizer doses for people over 60.
Remembering with the original narrative it was" two weeks to flatten the curb" and then 2 doses of a vaccine.
