It is good to see vitamin c make a comeback, and rightfully so. Often dismissed as an old wives tale now the rich and wealthy get 20-50g injected into their veins (along with other stuff) when needing a lift. Miracle disease comeback stories on people who forced doctors to inject their dying relatives with it after being told they were about to die. It's just so incredibly cheap and impossible to patent so we don't get the "wonder drug" push.

And LIPOSOMAL vitamins are great in general, nearly as good in most cases as an injection in regards to blood serum concentrations. Normal vitamin c consumed in large doses >2-4g per day will result in rashes, diarrhea and a variety of other non pleasant things due to how it is absorbed in the gut. But you can take 20g in liposomal form and no problems. Though unless you are sick you probably do not really need more than 1g/day. So a 500mg or 1000mg normal vit c tablet can keep you in check, and if you get sick then boosting massive doses with liposomal can work wonders.
