Yes, our State governments certainly used clear communication and understanding when it came to an individual’s right’s re these novel treatments.
Everyone has the right to decline these novel treatments but the government has the right to make the individual’s who declined the offer outcast’s, reduce their employment opportunities, shut down their businesses and make their lives a misery in any way shape or form that may entice them into taking the novel treatments that have yet to finish what could be suggested to be “best practice” for the pharmaceutical standards related to new treatments.
