I even had a doctor that tweaked his BP machine to show high blood pressure (luckily I took my own BP before going) - when I told him I had just taken my own BP he got the old fashioned gear out which proved my point - much to his embarassment. He was the the same SOB that had me on statins for a few years with little or no improvement.

Dropped him like a hot potato - dropped the statins - changed diet - cholesterol improved.

So my trust in doctors and the medical mafia is somewhat tarnished and this whole covid debacle has just proved that my distrust was well placed
