Thousands of protesters turned out across Australia to march against any proposed mandatory Covid vaccination and any and all coercive policies or pressure to receive the vaccines.
No government, employer, industry, company, authority or person can mandate, coerce or pressure any person to receive any medication.
The fundamental human rights of informed consent, bodily autonomy and medical freedom were established with the Geneva Convention, Nuremberg Code, Declaration of Helsinki, the Precautionary Principle and the UNESCO Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights edicts of voluntary medical treatments without mandates or coercion.
The World Health Organisation states that "For consent to be valid, it must be informed, understood and voluntary, and the person consenting..without coercion or persuasion". And most recently Europe’s leading human rights organization, The Council of Europe, released a joint statement to ensure European citizens are informed that the vaccination is NOT mandatory and that no one is politically, socially, or otherwise pressured to get themselves vaccinated and to ensure that no one is discriminated against for not having been vaccinated, due to possible health risks or not wanting to be vaccinated.
We all inherently have the right to decide what is injected into our body or that of our children without coercion or pressure and with fully informed consent. And where there is risk there must always be choice. My body, my choice. We must stand together and draw the line now, before it is too late.
