Conspiracy theorists are called that for a good reason there are no facts behind their assertions and quote multiple sources that are linked back to one organization that extracts money from them and they often they have ulterior motives. If regulation bother you it means you need to be across them and up to date because if you don't you will suffer,the world is changing almost daily and so does crime so changing laws need to try to stay ahead. I have found the changing regulations concerning finance to be overall good and if you need to keep up with them to stay in front of the game,the SMSF changes have been a boost to me and my family and have made making money much easier ,yes there are some laborious paper work to complete but it is worth in rather than throwing your hands up in the air and becoming disengaged and losing money and hope..
