Billions of people no longer covered by or accountable under Human Laws.
The so called Non-Humans could make up their own rules and deal out their own definition of Justice.
I’m guessing that if things go pear shaped and that the Deep State needs a way to save their slimy arses, then the Deep State will turn on the Political Class that did their dirty work and throw them to the wolves so to speak.
