Haha! 1200 that weren't "fully" vaccinated, that's not zero doses, that's not the full dose i.e. 3 or 4! So there's ~3000 fully vaxxed deaths and he's worried about the 1200 that haven't had 3 or 4 doses. These muppets should be in jail.
