my mums a nurse at Southampton general hospital, ( uk ) what she’s telling me is if your over 60 the vaccines aren’t working , not much difference post/ pre vaccine serious Covid in over 60’s , and most of the palitve care / immune compromised died last year . which makes the numbers look better.
With DELTA, your basically trying to vaccinate this years flu with last years strain of vaccine.
My family in the uk are also saying under 50’s don’t even really care , as there’s hardly any mention of Covid on the news anymore, until yesterday when there announced there probably going to be a “firebreak” lockdown in October school holidays.
