And which would be the bigger crime, the sneeze or the "punching out of lights"? You have your mask on, you're perfectly safe.
I sneeze in the presence of some dogs. I sneeze sometimes in bright sunlight (which I admit is a little odd).
You start punching lights out in these situations then, I'm afraid, you're the fool.
In non clown world punching lights out for the crime of sneezing would be a quick road to jail. Not a particularly well thought through argument if you ask me.
