Lots of court cases going on over more serious matters, not that we can expect any justice from clowncourt as they are just another part of the system. Marxist Russia and China, Fascist Germany all relied on the clowncourts and the clownjudges of their day. Having said that I seem to remember a case a few months back where a 'news' reader was taking to court for misinformation and the clownjudge decreed that 'news' readers are not liable to tell the truth or present any facts.
