Can't complain I suppose - on about page 999 of the Ts and Cs which I'm sure you read (ahem) you will see that Google (in my case, perhaps someone else in your case) grants themselves the right to do things like this. But, relax, they wouldn't use the tracking data for anything else so you can sleep at night, no worries. Would they?
