    Yes, Vic governments bungling, time and again, is the root cause of this. Vic Premier will not accept any blame, so the bungling continues. Virus will keep spreading at an accelerating rate, which in itself is not a big deal provided the most vulnerable are protected ( primarily aged care residents) as much as possible. No point closing down Vic totally, just puts off the inevitable. Complete government ( Vic) failure. Bring in the army to manage things, sideline Andrews or else more bungling will happen, same applies to relevant ministers, so that the problem can be managed as best as possible without devastating whats left of the economy. Can the governor general boot him out due public's loss of confidence ?
