Yes it is good news, I have family in Melbourne. However I suspect the decrease in numbers has come quicker than Daniel Andrews wanted which means he has to relinquish some of his control. So to make up for that he is going to fine Victorians who do not wear what is deemed a proper mask. Hasn't been a problem until now...And that advice apparently is from the medial experts according to the Premier. The same Premier who took the opposite to medical advice and imposed the curfews.
