I can attest to that. Traveling from Sydney to France in 2011. A boomer coughed on me in the waiting line, just before embarking. 24 hours later, I was the sickest I had ever been, 2 weeks in bed, coughing mucus, my holidays was completely ruined. I have refused to travel by air ever since.
