My Comment about geo blocking was about Viraleze in the UK and Europe. Sorry if me not being a bit more specific confused you.
It’s a sales and distribution agreement with ITROM. They would have hundreds of those with whoever wants them to sell their stuff. They not going to list every company on their partnership page
