    No, we don't have a Bill of Rights but under the Constitution and in legislation passed by the Commonwealth Parliament or State or Territory Parliaments we do have the protection of human rights!.
    It's just that some governments wish to exert their authority to a greater extent, like Victoria, which in their case did so under false pretenses to try and keep the general public safe from a virus which has turned out to be no more dangerous than the flu or common cold in most cases!
    They were a government that went far beyond what a normal democratic government was entitled to do! And if the Victorians have any sense which I feel they don't, then the government they deserve will continue to the one the have at present!!!!
    They are a peculiar lot residing South of the Border!!!
