If offshore investors wanted to buy BIT they would do it on the ASX not a low liquidity over the counter US exchange. As I stated yesterday (and I do own some BIT), the company lacks local investor credibility at this point, and not sure why , but the market is telling us that. If investors seriously believed the drugs were going to get FDA approval, they would be ten times current market cap.
