For example: the H1N1 virus (Swine Flu from the US) was actually discovered in 2005, when a US farmer went to the hospital, and US CDC was alerted. The US DID NOT inform WHO or any of its neighours, then.
Why?
Because in its early form, it Was Not virulent or transmissible: as between 2005 to 2009, ONLY 12 people got infected and everyone made a full recovery.
However in 2009, its latest mutation made it both virulent and transmissible.
And all of a sudden, thousands were infected and hundreds died. And it spread like wildfire across the country and then the world.
Yet, no one has accused the US of hiding the information or creating a Bio-weapon by withholding the information for more than 4 years!!!
