I reckon it's up simply b/c it is oversold.
This is a company with steady management, in a sector with strong and increasingly legislated ESG related tail winds.
My personal opinion is that they will achieve their stated goals over time and in the longer term continue to grow into a fairly solif business.
Not expecting the sky but, hey, if the s.p. moves every 1 or 2c we have 10% improvement and IMO the results will be very much better than that.
Steady management + obvious essential move away from petro-chemical plastics world wide = long term success I.M.O.
