Well my understanding is that the present ART (antiretroviral therapy) drugs are exceptional at keeping the viral load down to about zero, the problem being the hidden viruses in the reservoirs that emerge when the ART drugs are removed. So I have been paying some attention. BIT225 will have to address this problem IMO to be of interest to anyone. Note a phase 3 trial is very expensive to do.
