Not sure if you are just being silly for the sake of entertainment, but the whole point of BIT225 is its ability to unmask HIV in those hidden reservoirs. This then allows the ART to deal with it before it can find another hiding spot.
The latest Australian trials appear to be designed pretty much for that exact purpose. Long term disciplined patients who have kept their viral load almost undetectable are the people we have working with us. All the virus they have should be in those hidden reservoirs you mention.
BIT225 could be the final treatment that frees them forever. Success there wouldn't just be a good result, it would be world changing for millions of people.
