Uscom definitely has clinical utility. Tons of articles on scholar backing the technology. It's just that it takes a lot of effort to change the gold standard method that's been in use for decades. Covid-19 probably sped up the adoption of Uscom-1a devices and should accelerate the sales with more studies conducted on its clinical utility.
