on reflection I could have worded it better, but end story, there is no logical reason for it to have been held back....and without doubt it has, not by management but TGA, maybe someone at RAP headquarters ticked them off with their response to the address crap, and that was all it was, an address change delayed their finding....come on....in this day and age.as for contacting the authorities good luck there, blanket prepared responses, weak as crap all of them.
